The technology treats unsorted waste with injected steam. During the process it breaks down the fibers of biomass into a uniform state that is vital for ensuring a higher yield at conversion stage. The produced bio ethanol can also be utilized to fire gas turbine electrical generators capable of producing electricity at a rate of 13 MW per hour. The operational process of the plant is continuous, therefore production is infinitely expandable.
